A kitchen apron in heavyweight stone-washed 100% European linen, natural beige, embroidered with the Oishya kamon — three bugeisha fans. The pre-washed linen is soft against the skin and only improves with use.
It’s cut for comfort and made to work: an adjustable neck strap and long waist ties for a fit that suits you, a golden hardware ring stamped with the Oishya logo, and two roomy front pockets for tools and recipes. Easy to care for, and built to stay in your kitchen for years.

Where it is made
Orsha and Bełchatów. Two centuries of linen.
Orsha, in Belarus, is the heart of one of the regions that has supplied European linen for as long as European linen has existed. The mill there produces cloth that is denser, smoother and more refined than mass-market linen. We have been working with it for years.
The cloth then travels to Bełchatów, in central Poland, where our seamstress finishes every piece. She refuses mass production in a category that has almost surrendered to it. The hems are folded twice and stitched by hand.
Care, briefly
Linen wants almost nothing from you.
01.
Wash warm.
Up to 40 °C with a mild detergent. Avoid bleach — it weakens the fibres. The cloth softens with every wash and won’t shrink past the first one.
02.
Line-dry if you can.
It comes out of the dryer fine too, just less crisp. Line-drying gives the cloth more natural drape and a fresher smell.
03.
Iron only if you must.
Linen is meant to be slightly creased — that’s the look. If you want it pressed for a dinner, iron on low while still damp. Otherwise let it live with the wrinkles.
What you receive
In the box.
- The linen piece you chose, in your colour, hand-finished and pressed.
- A care card with the wash temperature and the line-dry note.
- A note from the workroom in Bełchatów.

The apron is well-made but runs a bit large. Nice material though.
Quality apron but runs slightly large.
Well-made apron but runs slightly large.
Beautiful linen set. Gets better with washing.
I have never worn an apron before, so not much to compare it to. The quality seems great, and I like the linen material and black color. I am a bigger guy, and typically “one size fits all” things do not quite work for me, but I was surprised with how this apron fit, it feels like it was made for my size. 🙂
Thanks again, JP
