beauty: homemade masks

By カミラ · February 2021 · 1 minute read

Mimic wrinkles form on the skin mainly when it is poorly moisturized and dry. Therefore, we should moisturize it both from the inside (drinking a lot of water) and from the outside. Use moisturizing creams (eg Richevon), preferably with collagen, which will additionally make it taut, preventing premature aging. When buying creams in stores, let’s also check whether they contain hydroxy acids and retinol (i.e. vitamin A) – they should.
Home masks are also an ideal remedy for wrinkles.

It is worth using natural yoghurt, honey, coconut oil and lemon juice to make them. A citrus-only mask can also work wonders, because they are rich in vitamin E and C. In addition, they will help you get rid of blackheads. A mask made of egg white mixed with aloe will also be perfect. Both ingredients are rich in vitamin E. The masks should be held on the forehead for about 15 minutes, then rinsed with warm water. Repeat the treatment as many times as we see fit – but don’t forget to always apply a moisturizing cream to your face.
