100-days returns overview
Here at Oishya we make sure that the products we send to you are checked for exceptional quality and that the packaging is always secure and sturdy, so that you receive undamaged, high quality goods which will last a lifetime. We believe our customers shouldn’t have to worry about buying premium products online. This is why we’ve introduced a 100 days money back guarantee.
How does it work? Simple. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, send it back within 100 days and we’ll give you a full refund for the product.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 100 days. If 100 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Steps:
- Email info@oishya.com to inform you want to return or exchange an item.
- Ship to Total Fulfilment c/o Oishya, Unit 76 Warfield Rd, Kelleythorpe, Driffield YO25 9DJ, United Kingdom and provide a tracking number. Please note that we won’t accept returns unless informed through info@oishya.com.
- Items are inspected and your refund is processed. You will receive an email notifying you of this.
- Credit is automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few working days.
Shipping returns
As we offer 100 days returns, we will refund any postage costs along with arranging a replacement if the product arrived damaged or there was any manufacturing fault. Otherwise, we’ll refund all product costs. You will need to send us a copy of your postage receipt in order to receive a refund.
Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not liable for lost shipping. Should this happen, please claim the compensation from the courier you’ve used.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sharpening stones
Sharpening stones are delicate precision tools. Due to their fragile nature, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once the product has left our facility, including for damage that may occur during shipping. We take utmost care in packaging, but cannot guarantee against cracks or breakage during transit. Please inspect your stone immediately upon receipt. Any claims for manufacturing defects must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Normal wear, improper use, or damage occurring after delivery is not eligible for refund or replacement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@oishya.com
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@oishya.com
Lifetime guarantee
We also offer a lifetime guarantee on our Sakai Kyuba and Seki Kyuba knives range, Wooden magnetic knife stand block and Wall mounted magnetic wood knife rack.
The lifetime guarantee covers any defects in manufacturing and materials that functionally impair the products mentioned above. Oishya will repair or replace any of these products free of charge. Please note that in the case of a set, only the faulty item will be replaced.
Our lifetime guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident or negligence.
- Damage caused by improper use (knocks, dents, crushing, drops, etc.).
- Damage due to loss, theft, fire or other causes beyond our control.
- Damage caused by commercial, professional, or workplace use.
- Damage due to improper storage.
