Nudeln: Salzwasser zum Kochen bringen \u2192 Spaghetti al dente kochen \u2192 abgie\u00dfen, 1 Tasse Nudelwasser aufheben<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2. Boden: Oliven\u00f6l in einer gro\u00dfen Pfanne erhitzen \u2192 Knoblauch und rote Paprikaflocken hinzuf\u00fcgen (20 Sekunden, nicht anbrennen lassen)<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">3. Schalentiere: Venus- und Miesmuscheln zugeben \u2192 durchschwenken \u2192 mit Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen \u2192 1 Min. zudecken, bis sie sich \u00f6ffnen<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">4. Aufbauen: Garnelen zugeben \u2192 1 Min. zudecken \u2192 Tintenfischtentakel zugeben (wenn nicht gefroren wie bei mir, dann erst kochen) \u2192 kochen, bis sie sich kringeln<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">5. Sauce: Aufgew\u00e4rmte Arrabiata-\/Tomatensauce zugeben \u2192 umr\u00fchren \u2192 gekochte Nudeln zugeben \u2192 bei Bedarf mit Nudelwasser aufgie\u00dfen<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">6.
